Mrs. Oyewole was instrumental in developing the HR function for Citigroup’s 102-nation e-business group, based in Stamford, Connecticut, and led HR operations for Citibank Nigeria for over a decade. She has collaborated with several top-tier consulting firms to deliver major transformation projects.

  • Founded New Beginnings, an NGO supporting widows and indigent women in South-Eastern Nigeria.

  • Board Trustee, PROJECT ARK Initiative and Advisory Board Member of POWER (Partnership Opportunities for Women Empowerment Realization).

  • Designed and implemented human capital transformation programs for Fortune 100 companies and large institutions in Nigeria and internationally.
